Collection of Technical Test Cases for Heat Treatment: Review of Heating Methods for Glass Materials

Most of the initial problems have been cleared! Here are examples of how we responded to requests to stabilize quality!

We will introduce a case study on the review of the glass material heating method. There was a challenge in stabilizing quality due to the volatilization caused by moisture and CO2 when heating with the currently used burner. By replacing gas heating with electric heating, most of the initial problems have been cleared. Moving forward, we aim to establish conditions that exceed those of burner heating and will address the remaining challenges one by one. 【Case Study】 ■Challenge: There is a need to stabilize quality due to volatilization caused by moisture and CO2 when heating with the currently used burner. ■Proposal: Replacement of gas heating with electric heating. ■Results ・Most of the initial problems have been cleared. ・Moving forward, we aim to establish conditions that exceed those of burner heating and will address the remaining challenges one by one. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High-temperature heater for heating furnaces, compatible with temperatures up to 1200℃!

A super high-temperature heater capable of temperature control in three circuits! No need to worry about breaking due to the metal pipe.

The "Ultra High Temperature Heater" for heating furnaces is a heater that can withstand internal temperatures of up to 1200°C. It can also be used in heating furnaces for high-tensile materials. Due to its high heat resistance, it is durable and does not degrade easily at temperatures around 1000°C. With a single pipe, it can freely control the temperature of three circuits, allowing for the possibility of firing only a part of the base material. It can also be bent and has excellent seismic resistance and mechanical strength. 【Features】 ■ Internal heater temperature: MAX 1200°C ■ Economical due to high thermal efficiency and long lifespan ■ Temperature control for three circuits with a single pipe ■ Temperature distribution adjustment is also possible ■ Capable of bending processing ■ Superior seismic resistance and mechanical strength compared to ceramic heaters *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We will propose everything from the selection of heat treatment heaters to the furnace shell!

We provide services tailored to our customers, from specification review of canister heaters and industrial furnaces to design and manufacturing! It's fine if you only have an image, even without drawings.

I want to create a furnace, but I don't have a relationship with a furnace manufacturer... I often hear concerns like wanting to discuss the specifications of the furnace but having no one to talk to... The heater manufacturer Seidokusha not only produces heaters but also case-integrated products (canned products), test furnaces, and small furnaces (including control panels). **Benefits of having a heater manufacturer produce case-integrated products (canned products)** 1. You can entrust the selection, design, and terminal consolidation of heaters, insulation materials, and backup materials, as well as other complicated matters inside the furnace shell. 2. By providing capacity calculations for heaters and simple conceptual drawings during the estimation process, the customer's image becomes clearer, and discussions can proceed smoothly. 3. The equipment can be installed and used immediately after delivery. **Implementation Results** - Heating furnace: Heating furnace for hot pressing - Vacuum furnace: Nitrogen flow & exhaust gas discharge structure - Degreasing furnace, tubular furnace, and annealing furnace equipment *We also manufacture auxiliary equipment for these devices.* We respond to customer requests such as "I want to reduce the size of the furnace shell" and "I want to secure electrical capacity but keep costs down." For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
